GDA has pioneered shape analytics for vehicle tracking. We can model and characterize the behavior of individual agents or groups of agents. These methods also apply to identifying and tracking fleets and swarms. GDA projects have shown success in applying these shape analytics to real-life real-time Multiple Target Tracking systems. Quantifying behavior by shape analytics avoids combinatorial explosion by eliminating numerous unnecessary tracking hypotheses
