GDA has pioneered the application of tools from algebraic topology and geometry in the modelling and analysis of logistics in complex and adaptive environments. Approaches have included adapting tools for exploring dynamic systems models of gene regulatory networks and using operads to summarize complexity and expose computational savings.
We have wrapped these techniques with next-generation approaches to route geometry and large scale mathematical programming. In particular the use of heuristics and meta-heuristics such as evolutionary algorithms and agent based models.
