Informed by the field geometric health and environmental models, our algorithms provide optimal strategies for the use of unmanned vehicles in asset delivery and communication coverage while accommodating mobile launch and recovery platforms. These models track the inherent instability in their estimates to allow confident decisions to be made in uncertain environments.
